Services and bookings

We groom cats and dogs: haircuts, bathing, drying, coat, ear and nail care, de-shedding and packages. We are not a veterinary clinic; a groomer may decline an ill or aggressive animal, charging only work done. A booking binds once we confirm date, time and price.

Prices and packages

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), taxes included; the final price is confirmed before the service. Package prices, discounts and promo codes are advertising offers on the conditions and time limits stated in each offer.

Cancellation and no-show

Cancellation or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the visit. Later cancellation or no-show may be charged 50% of the service price; lateness over 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
