Requests, replies, and what the studio does next

Sending the form does not confirm an appointment. The studio replies within one business day with a chair, a time, and the exact package price. Only that reply holds a slot in the ledger.

1. 01

   You send the form

Package, preferred day, and a reachable phone number are enough.

2. 02

The studio confirms or offers an alternative

If the requested hour is taken, you get the nearest free one the same week.

3. 03

You arrive at 15 Sahaidachnoho St

Four chairs, appointment only, in Podil, Kyiv. Coming in for a beard shape between full sessions is fine.
