We use all of it to confirm and perform grooming services, take payment, handle claims and keep statutory records.

We rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before contracting and on legal duties under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; it is being replaced by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 18.06.2024 № 3831-IX.
4. Retention and sharing
Booking records: 12 months after your last visit; accounting records: as long as the law requires; claim files: 3 years. We share data only with hosting, booking, payment and accounting providers and with authorities where the law requires, and we never sell personal data.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site running. Analytics, pixels and remarketing tags run only after your prior informed consent, which you can reject or withdraw in the banner or browser (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI).
6. Marketing messages
